Eagle Scout Troop 35 at Manoa Park

Alec Toshi asked Eating in Public for 20 Hi-5 sign for his Eagle Scout Troop 35 Project, which entailed creating twenty bins for Manoa Park. The scouts did a really great job in making the bins. WELL DONE Troop 35!!
